Joe Hendry, Local Hero, is on his way to IMPACT Wrestling.
During the September 15 episode of IMPACT, a vignette aired for the impending debut of Joe Hendry. The vignette said that Hendry is on his way to motivate IMPACT, featuring a man in a coma after having a chair thrown at him, with his family claiming he was covered in bite marks.

Previously, Hendry was with Ring of Honor prior to the company shutting down in 2021 before being purchased by Tony Khan.
