Even with the increase in viewership, AEW Dynamite dropped to second place in the demographic among cable originals overall last night, ending their five-week streak on top. The numbers put them well ahead of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the fifth week in a row, but fell to ESPN’s coverage of Major League Baseball, according to Showbuzz Daily.
This week’s show kicked off with Jon Moxley retaining the Interim AEW World Championship against Rush. The main event saw the return of The American Dragon Bryan Danielson, who shockingly lost to Daniel Garcia thanks to interference from the Jericho Appreciation Society to close the show.
