WWE has released ten names on Friday, April 29, including the following NXT talents:

- Malcolm Bivens
- Dexter Lumis (Samuel Shaw)
- Harland (Parker Boudreaux)
- Persia Pirotta (Steph De Lander)
- Sanjana George (Vish Kanya)
- Draco Anthony (Reginald Chase Crews)
- Mila Malani (Kellie Morga)
- Raelyn Divine (Jaylen Williams)
- Paige Prinzivalli (Blair Baldwin)
Fightful Select confirmed all of the talent releases announced on April 29. In a subsequent update, Fightful reported John Laurinaitis cited budget cuts as the reason for the releases. It was also noted that all talent listed has a 30-day non-complete clause as part of their releases from WWE.
