Following another failed shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, Rhea Ripley snapped on Liv Morgan, attacking her in the ring and leaving her former partner down and out.
During the April 18 episode of WWE RAW, Ripley and Morgan faced off against the reigning duo of Sasha Banks and Naomi. Unfortunately for the challengers, it was another losing effort, as Banks hit Morgan with a backstabber late in the match to keep her down and out long enough for Banks and Naomi to hit their finisher on Ripley for the win.
Following the end of the bout, Ripley tried to walk away from Morgan, but her partner pulled her back in to try and talk it out. Ripley wanted nothing to do with it, however, and began yelling at Morgan about how she’s never there when “The Nightmare” needs her most. Morgan then tried to leave the ring, but Ripley snapped, ambushing her from behind and hitting a vicious Riptide to leave Morgan lying in the ring.
