Darius Martin returned to the ring on the March 2 episode of AEW Dynamite.
After he missed more than a year due to an injury, he came to the stage alongside his brother, Dante Martin to compete in the Casino Battle Royale. The two young men, collectively known as Top Flight, had an impressive outing in the bout.

Darius had a particularly remarkable performance on Wednesday; he lasted all the way to the end of the bout before a low blow from Matt Jackson helped the Young Bucks win the bout.
Before this bout, Darius hadn’t wrestled on AEW TV since February 18, 2021; he had surgery on his ACL on April 22. During his absence, Dante has become a breakout star on his own.
After the show, Darius commented on his return by vowing that Top Flight would reach new heights and tht 2022 would be “dominated by the kids that are 20 and 2022.”
One year to the date that I last appeared on @AEW…
Although we came up short tonight, rest assured that the year 2022 is about to be dominated by the kids that are 20 and 22
