ROH Best In The World is set to the biggest show of the year for Ring of Honor, and the company has announced the first match for the card.
On the newest episode of ROH Week By Week, host Quinn McKay announced that Jay Lethal will face Brody King at the pay-per-view.
Lethal is a former ROH World Champion, and both men stand on opposite sides of the ongoing battle for stable supremacy in ROH. This past weekend, King pinned Lethal in an eight-man tag team match between their respective factions, Violence Unlimited and The Foundation.
In this bout, King will hope to firmly cement his status as a contender for the ROH World Championship, but Lethal will aim to prove that “The Franchise” is still the man to beat.
