Taking to social media earlier on Saturday, WWE superstar Mia Yim revealed that she had tested positive for COVID-19.
In a tweet confirming the news, Yim said that although she debunked a rumor stating that she was positive, she was tested earlier today and it came back positive. This was after countless negative tests from the superstar, and although she is positive, Yim asked the WWE Universe to respect her privacy in these times, and also keep safe in the mean time.

This morning at around 10:30 a.m., I debunked a rumor stating I was positive with [COVID-19]. For that, I must make a statement. I have been getting tested every week for several months now, all have been negatives. I was negative last week. I got tested this afternoon less than an hour ago and it came back positive. Please respect my privacy. Please stay safe, wash your hands, and wear a mask. See you all soon!
