The entire NXT roster and staff are on the stage for a moment of silence for Pat Patterson, who passed away earlier today.
Johnny Gargano is out for commentary for the next match. Damien Preist pulled strings with Commissioner Regal to be added to the tag match happening next. Priest is filling in for Curt Stallion.
Legado del Fantasma vs. Damian Priest and Leon Ruff
Ruff and Priest argue about who will start the match. Priest lets Ruff do the honors. Ruff skips the ropes before landing a dropkick to Mendoza. Escobar tags in and lands a stiff knee to Ruff. Ruff rolls into his corner. Priest tags himself in. Escobar immediately tags out. Mendoza avoids Priest by flipping all over the place. Priest drops Mendoza with a flying back elbow. Priest sends Mendoza to the outside. There is someone in the crowd dressed as Ghostface. In the confusion, Mendoza tags in Escobar, who surprises Priest with a suicide dive.
After the break, Legado del Fantasma are taking turns working over Priest. Priest reluctantly tags in Ruff, who clears the ring. Mendoza gets a blind tag. Ruff pops Escobar with a neck breaker and attempts a pin. The referee doesn’t count. Mendoza kicks Ruff in the head. Ruff tags in Priest, who crushes Mendoza with a splash in the corner. Mendoza tries a springboard but Priest clocks him with a right hand. Priest sets up The Reckoning. Ruff tags himself in, which annoys Priest. Priest hits The Reckoning. Ruff lands a splash off the top for the pin on Mendoza.
