Recent sexual assault allegations levied against former José Alberto Rodríguez Chucuan, better known as WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio and Alberto El Patron – have been dropped, according to a recent report from Maslucha.
Charges filed against the wrestler have been dropped in Bexar County, Texas, where El Patron had charges of both sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping filed by his ex-partner. In a social media post on Instagram, El Patron’s ex-partner posted a brief message, simply apologizing to the family for any damages that her “mistakes” may have caused.
Despite his ex-partner dropping her charges against him, El Patron has yet to attend any hearing with the state, but is confident that things will be closed in favor of him before the end of the year, according to the report.
