The end is near… Killer Kross’ NXT debut will be here before you know it.
As seen on last night’s episode of NXT, another “coming soon” vignette aired to hype Kross’ debut on the show. This week’s promo featured a clearer shot of Kross, as well as a sign that said “the end is near,” seemingly implying we won’t have to wait too long for the Kross Cult leader to emerge.
In an interesting turn of events, it appears Kross might have already made his NXT TV “debut” last night, if the occupants of a strategically placed car were correctly identified. After Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae left the arena last night following the “One Last Beat” match they walked past a parked car with two people that looked like Killer Kross and Scarlet Bordeaux.
The segment ended without incident, but we might have a new clue as to who Kross’ first feud will be against. Two weeks ago, one of Kross’ mysterious promos interrupted the main event segment featuring Triple H, Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano, and now it appears the “Killer Smoke Show” has their sights set on Gargano.
Kross hasn’t said much on social media besides an occasional tease, but signed off last night by simply saying “goodnight” with an hourglass emoji next to it.
