At WWE WrestleMania 36 Part 2, Aleister Black faced Bobby Lashley in a match that pit two of WWE RAW’s most promising stars against each other. The powerhouses felt each other out early on. Black sent Lashley to the outside but the Almighty suplexed him onto the floor. Lashley drove Black spine-first into the barricade. The Almighty continued to overpower Black. A stiff kick rocked Lashley but a powerslam earned him a two count. Lashley suplexed Black to keep control of the match. Black countered a Spear into a nasty kick for another two count. Black drilled Lashley with his patented series of strikes.

A running crossbody floored Black. Lana told Lashley to Spear Black, and he tried. Black countered it into a Black Mass for the sudden victory.
