Teddy Hart is locked up in Virginia once again.
Hart (Edward Ellsworth Annis) was arrested in Richmond, Virginia this afternoon and will appear in court tomorrow afternoon. He was just released from jail on March 19 for violating a house arrest agreement, which also followed and arrest in February on drug charges.
Hart’s arrest on February 12 in Richmond was due to being charged with a schedule III narcotic with intent to sell. Following the initial arrest, Hart was featured in a YouTube video where he explained why he was pulled over. According to him, his license plate didn’t match the registration he was driving and when searched, the police found steroids and marijuana in the vehicle. Hart claimed the marijuana was for girlfriend Maria Manic, who was “banged up” from a spot during an appearance in Baltimore for Ring Of Honor.
Hart was originally jailed and scheduled for a court appearance in April related to his February arrest, with Manic later claiming he would be released on house arrest until his court issues were resolved.
According to a video posted by Richmond based independent pro wrestler Ace Montana (h/t to Wrestlezone’s Robert DeFelice), Hart was thrown out of a mutual acquaintance’s home after choking Manic and refusing to let her get help. As seen below, Hart was arrested after the incident but the charges were not specified.
I literally had to pull my gun on #Teddyhart and throw him out of my friends house. This piece of shit literally choked out and physically assaulted Maria Manic and would not let her get help. she texted me I’m in danger never ever did I think I would meet a piece of shit like this guy who has now been arrested with a felony against him. I don’t think this guy knew how close to death he was. #fuckyouteddyheart This video is me kick him out before the cops came and arrested him.
