Samoa Joe has been killing it on RAW commentary while rehabbing an injury. Replacing Dio Madden after a few weeks, Joe’s time at the desk could similarly be shortlived. While he did commentate on the 12/23 RAW this past Monday, it will reportedly be his last broadcast according to the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. “There will be a new member of the Raw announcing team for the 12/30 show as 12/23 was Joe’s last show”
It’s unknown who will be stepping into Joe’s seat at this time, but the Observer does report that Joe looks to be added into the growing angle between Seth Rollins and AOP for the time being. He’s also listed as a possible opponent for Brock Lesnar when the time comes for his return, but we do have a bit of breathing room if past years are any indication.
