All Elite Wrestling Reportedly Signs The Beaver Boys

The Beaver Boys may have very “dam” well signed with All Elite Wrestling.

Dave Meltzer is reporting in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that both Alex Reynolds and John Silver have inked a deal with the company.

The two played a well-featured roles on this week’s episode AEW Dynamite as Alex Reynolds lost to Jon Moxley in the opening match of the night in a span of 14-seconds before John Silver suffered a Paradigm Shift of his own for his troubles.

It was later shown in a vignette that a frustrated Reynolds could be potentially turning towards being a member of The Dark Order after receiving a creepy video in his hotel room.

AEW Trying To Trademark ‘Join The Revolution’

The Beaver Boys aren’t the only entity AEW is attempting to get under contract. According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the promotion is looking to trademark the phrase “Join The Revolution” for several “Goods & Services” reasoning, particularly, “G & S: Entertainment services, namely, an ongoing television show about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production in the nature of organization of exhibitions and performances of professional wrestling events rendered live and through broadcast media, namely, television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service.”

It’s worth noting that the company applied for the trademark on December 6, just a week shy of announcing their next pay-per-view event would be called AEW Revolution. The application also features a wordmark that closely matches the final one seen on this week’s broadcast, with ‘Join The’ added above the main text.
