According to a report by PWInsider, WWE has hired away one of Ring of Honor’s key production people. Chris Resnick was with ROH for eight years, working as a director and producer on over 400 episodes of television as well as their PPV output during that time. He was well-liked within the company but tendered his resignation yesterday. He starts work on WWE Network programming today with WWE.
This is the second major shakeup for Ring of Honor this week. Billy Corgan’s National Wrestling Alliance also severed ties with the promotion, preferring to go it alone and establish their own weekly TV presence.
