Robert Roode and Ricochet had a rematch tonight and Ricochet’s spot in the Money in the Bank match was on the line. Roode had defeated Ricochet two weeks ago in a singles contest. Roode thought it was unfair that Ricochet had the spot and WWE made him defend it.

Just like their first bout, the match was a highly competitive affair. Ricochet had plenty of momentum early on but Roode’s veteran tenacity made sure he was never out of it. While Roode had a power advantage, Ricochet’s speed kept him one step ahead at times.
The end finally came when Ricochet hit the 630 and kept his prize.
