Zack Ryder Promises To End Curt Hawkins’ Losing Streak
On this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Heavy Machinery picked up a victory in a Gauntlet match against The B-Team, The Ascension, and both Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins. Earlier today, Ryder took to Twitter to voice his frustrations about the defeat. He then promised to help end his partner’s longtime losing streak in WWE:
Losing sucks. Seeing others get opportunities before you sucks. But that’s life. That’s been the story of my career in @WWE for over 10 years…but I always find a way to come back. @TheCurtHawkins and I WILL COME BACK…WE WILL END HIS STREAK! #Raw #StillHere

I lost for the 262nd time in a row tonight. But on the bright side I got to share the ring with my favorite wrestler @otiswwe for the first time. #RAW

NYC Street Fight For MLW World Championship
Major League Wrestling (MLW) has announced that World Champion “Filthy” Tom Lawlor will defend his championship against Jimmy Havoc in a New York City Street Fight for “Rise Of The Renegades” on April 4:
NEW YORK – The last man to defeat “Filthy” Tom Lawlor now looks to seize the World Championship April 4th when “England’s Most Dangerous Man” Jimmy Havoc returns to Major League Wrestling in New York City.
MLW today announced a New York City Street Fight for the World Championship: “Filthy” Tom Lawlor (champion) vs. Jimmy Havoc for MLW’s April 4th (Rise of the Renegades) event at the Melrose Ballroom. The event will be a MLW FUSION TV taping for beIN SPORTS.
Tickets start at $20 at http://www.MLWTickets.com.
Following the shocking events at Intimidation Games where Tom Lawlor was savagely attacked by a group identifying themselves as CONTRA Unit, Lawlor now finds himself facing another dangerous threat in a nemesis that arguably has his number in Havoc.
England’s most dangerous man was the last wrestler to defeat “Filthy” Tom Lawlor. Havoc and Lawlor clashed last summer in a bloody affair in Orlando resulting in Havoc pinning Lawlor. Of course, Lawlor did his share of damage to Havoc – sending the “king of the death match” to the hospital for the first time in his career.
Nevertheless, those close to Team Filthy believe that defeat still haunts the reigning World Champion. It’s also the focus of Havoc’s obsession as of late.
Havoc has demanded a title shot and Lawlor accepted the challenge, determined to conquer the loss that has haunted him for months.
Havoc is known for his uncanny threshold for pain and conjuring chaos. There is no equal to the violent brawler from Great Britain.
A perennial main eventer not only in MLW but in the United Kingdom, Jimmy Havoc is known as “England’s Most Dangerous Man.” Feared for his violent tendencies, Havoc’s matches are often bloody, unpredictable encounters.
The last wrestler to defeat the current World Heavyweight Champion Tom Lawlor, Havoc has been a force to reckon with since MLW’s return in 2017. A path of destruction in some of the league’s most memorable and violent fights, Havoc mysteriously disappeared following MLW Fright Night this past October.
Will Havoc go 2-0 against Lawlor and win the World Championship? Will the resourceful World Champion find a way to vanquish a dangerous rival? Find out live in New York April 4 at the Melrose Ballroom as MLW presents a national TV taping for beIN SPORTS (buy tickets).
Tickets to witness the event live in New York start at $20 at MLWTickets.com. Tickets will also be available day of show at the box office unless the events sells out in advance.
