Triple H suffered a torn pectoral muscle during his WWE Crown Jewel main event match. Since then, he has had surgery to repair it, and should be back in action sometime in 2019. WWE loves to document anything they can, and as such, they followed Triple H into the operation room in order to take photos of his surgery.
