The Undertaker didn’t appear until the very end of SmackDown 1000, but it was really the only way to end the significant show. “The Deadman” walked out to the ring, struck his signature poses, and gave the crowd exactly what they wanted out of the WWE’s longest lasting star.
The raucous Washington D.C. crowd chanted his name, and then he delivered a promo to end the show. “At Crown Jewel, I’ve got three words for DX: Rest. In. Peace.”
That was all he had to say.
