It was previously reported that the reason King Barrett has been off of WWE television was because of an undisclosed arm injury.
In a new exclusive update, Wrestlezone Radio contributor and Pro Wrestling Sheet editor Ryan Satin has confirmed Barrett is actually out with a nerve injury in his neck, but it is not believed to be serious.
Sources told Pro Wrestling Sheet that King Barrett’s injury was a result of a ‘bad stinger’ from a few weeks ago, and he is just taking some time off to heal up. It’s still unknown how exactly the injury happened or which opponent it was against, but Barrett is expected to return soon to WWE TV.
Barrett, a member of the new League of Nations stable, was not seen on camera at WWE TLC or on WWE RAW; fans have also pointed out that Barrett was noticeably limited in participating in more recent tag team matches he was involved in.
