Daniel Bryan Injury Update
We previously reported Big Show had led the crowd in a YES! chant at this week’s Smackdown tapings in support of Daniel Bryan.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting this was for a video that will be sent to Bryan as inspiration and just to cheer him up. It’s possible WWE could air it at a later time, but it’s believed it was shot for Bryan only.
Big Show had announced at the tapings in Houston, Texas, that Bryan will likely need another surgery. Reports say there is no timetable for his return, and it’s rumored he may need Tommy John surgery, but it’s not known if that is the type of surgery Big Show referred to.
Two Rumored Survivor Series Matches
The Wrestling Observer is reporting next month’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view will feature Nikki Bella challenging AJ Lee for the Divas title, and Rusev facing Sheamus for the United States championship.
