WWE NXT Viewership Increases With Special ‘Roadblock’ Episode On 3/8

WWE NXT 2.0 viewership increased on March 8.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 613,000 viewers tuned in on Tuesday night. This number is up from last week, when  551,000 viewers watched the show.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, NXT scored a 0.13 (176,000 viewers) on Tuesday. The rating is the same as the previous week, but the number of viewers marks an increase. (Last week’s show drew 165,000 viewers in the same demographic.)

Thurston notes that this demographic viewership is the show’s highest since January 25, and the total viewership is a new high since the February 1 episode.

This week’s show was the special “Roadblock” episode. In the main event, Dolph Ziggler defeated Tommaso Ciampa and Bron Breakker to win the NXT Championship.
