Bianca Belair Would Welcome A Match With Ronda Rousey: ‘The Best Brings Out The Best Out Of Me’

Bianca Belair is determined to regain her throne as the WWE RAW Women’s Championship, but the competition is heating up.

The legendary Lita will challenge for the gold at WWE Elimination Chamber, and while Ronda Rousey has decided to challenge on SmackDown’s Charlotte Flair, “The Baddest Woman on the Planet” could eventually make her way over to the red brand.

In an interview with Phillipa Mariee of Sportskeeda Wrestling, when asked about a potential clash with the former UFC star, “The EST” made it clear that she would welcome the chance to face Rousey. Belair stated that she wants to face the best, which is why she hopes to step into the ring with Rousey at some point.

“Everybody’s on my radar,” said Belair. “You know, being in WWE, every woman that’s on the roster is on my radar. I love competition, I crave competition. Any time I can get in the ring with someone who is great, who’s a great competitor, I wanna get in the ring with them because the best brings the best out of me. So I never run from competition, so one day, Ronda Rousey and I hopefully will meet in the ring, and we’ll see who owns the ‘EST’.

WWE recently announced that Rousey will be in action at the Elimination Chamber premium live event. There, Belair will make history when she competes in the first Women’s Elimination Chamber match in Saudi Arabia. “The EST’ previewed the match by acknowledging it will be “rough” and “tough”, but she’s fueled by a passionate desire to get her title back.

“I’m super excited,” said Belair. “I’m excited for an Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia, it’ll be my first Elimination Chamber match. It’s gonna be tough, but I’m the toughest. It’ll be rough, but I’m the roughest

“…It’s gonna be a really tough match, but no one wants it more than me. I know what it feels like to be champion, I know what it feels like to be at WrestleMania, I know what it feels like to have it taken from me. So I want it back and that’s what I’m going for at Elimination Chamber.”

Time will tell whether Belair emerges victorious at WWE Elimination Chamber and, beyond that, whether she ever gets the chance to face Rousey.
