TERMINUS Announces Two New Stars For 1/16/22 Show

All roads to indeed look like they’re leading to TERMINUS and the latest stars to start that journey is Alex Coughlin and Dante Caballero. It was announced earlier this month that Baron Black and Jonathan Gresham would be collaborating on a new Atlanta-based promotion titled TERMINUS and the duo promised some big names to be involved with the first event on January 16. Black and Gresham have been naming stars from all across the wrestling grid including Daniel Garcia from AEW, Bandido from ROH, Moose from IMPACT Wrestling and now they’ll be having New Japan Pro-Wrestling in the mix with Alex Coughlin.

Coughlin has been heavily associated with NJPW Strong after making his debut in September 2018. You can read more about him courtesy of the NJPW website below:

One of the first crop of trainees at the new NJPW Los Angeles Dojo, Coughlin trained hard under Katsuyori Shibata before beginning his journey in earnest as a Young Lion at Fighting Spirit Unleashed. He may have lost his early matches against Clark Connors, but his journey continued, with appearances for Ring of Honor, and at NJPW’s New Beginning USA events early in 2019, before being part of the Young Lion Cup later that year.

Coughlin’s 2020 was cut short due to the global pandemic and then an injury, but he made his return in fine form during Strong Style Evolved, and looks to make a bigger mark on NJPW STRONG as 2021 continues.

Caballero is a Maryland Championship Wrestling star who has trained in the Ring of Honor Dojo. The announcement was revealed via Baron Black’s Twitter.
