As its name indicates, Ring of Honor Final Battle: End of an Era will close this current chapter of ROH’s legendary history, and the promotion has announced two major matches for the pay-per-view on December 11.
On the newest episode of ROH Week By Week, The OGK (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) agreed to put the ROH World Tag Team Championship on the line against the reigning GCW Tag Team Champions, The Briscoes. Mark and Jay Briscoe have held the ROH tag titles 11 times, and they’re often called the greatest tag team in the company’s history. They’ll hope to go out with a bang by taking the titles from The OGK, who just won the gold by beating Kenny King and Dragon Lee at ROH Honor For All.
Plus, Bandido will officially defend the ROH World Championship aganst Jonathan Gresham; “The Octopus” defeated Brody King at Honor For All to earn this opportunity.
