CM Punk’s possible AEW debut this Friday in Chicago has everyone talking, including Punk himself. During the latest CFFC MMA event, Punk was set-up by fellow commentator John Morgan who said, “Hoffman is just returning to his wrestling. You know what I’m saying, Punk?”
Punk responded by saying, “He’s looking all elite right now.” He later told the audience at home that they need to watch out for those inside jokes. Check out a video of the interaction below.
There was another mention of Punk’s possible AEW move last night as well when NFL Network made note of the likely move.
Adam Rank was recapping the preseason contest between the Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears when he said that QB Justin Fields making his debut was the most anticipated debut in Chicago, at least for now.
Rank said, “I think that was the most-anticipated debut in Chicago until Friday when, presumably, CM Punk shows up on AEW.” You can also see a video of that below.
