John Cena will reportedly not be on the Crown Jewel card when the event takes place in Saudi Arabia on November 2nd, according to John Pollock of POST Wrestling on his Rewind-A-Raw recap. Dave Meltzer of The Pro Wrestling Observer on the newest Observer Radio endorsed Pollock’s report.
This also further solidifies the initial report made by Robbie Fox of Barstool Sports that Cena wasn’t going to work the show and that Daniel Bryan is reportedly “refusing” to work the event as well. Neither Pollock or Meltzer had any updates on Bryan as of this writing, but as of this morning, John Cena is off of Crown Jewel and according to Pollock WWE creative has a replacement in mind. Below is Fox’s original Tweet:

WWE Crown Jewel could be in trouble.
I was just told Reigns is currently injured and that Cena and Bryan are "refusing" to work the show. Many on the current WWE roster have expressed concerned with going, as well, but obviously not all of them have the power like Cena/Bryan.

As of now, WWE has not announced any changes to the WWE Crown Jewel event; their latest statement said the company was continuing to monitor the situation in Saudi Arabia.
